When you click on the 'Process Order' button in the Shopping Cart screen, our URL changes from http:// to https:// to denote the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Some web browsers also change the colour of the URL bar to green once you land on a secure page, and/or show a padlock in the bottom right corner. To ensure the security of your data; we never retain your payment details, we never use wireless networks, we cross-shred personal correspondence and SagePay is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. If your payment details were to be compromised while shopping with us, your bank or card issuer will normally return the funds. In the unlikely event that they refuse, we guarantee to refund the value of your order ourselves. We guarantee our products All of our products are designed, manufactured and tested to the demanding standards of the appropriate European Safety Standard - EN71 for domestic products, EN1176 and  EN1177 for commercial installations.
