When you click on the 'Process Order' button in the Shopping Cart screen, our URL changes from http:// to https:// to denote the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Some web browsers also change the colour of the URL bar to green once you land on an SSL page, and/or show a padlock in the bottom right corner. To ensure the security of your data; we never retain your payment details, we never use wireless networks, we cross-shred personal correspondence and we only use SSL for online payments. If your payment details were to be compromised while shopping with us, your bank or card issuer will normally return the funds. In the unlikely event that they refuse, we guarantee to refund you ourselves (up to the value of your original order). We guarantee our products All of our products are designed, manufactured and tested to the demanding standards of the appropriate European Safety Standard - EN71 for domestic products, EN1176 and  EN1177 for commercial installations. We guarantee our Price Match Promise If, at the time of purchase, you find the same product/service cheaper elsewhere we guarantee to match it.
