Delivery Charges
Domestic Products Our standard charge for domestic products shipping to mainland England, Wales and Lowland Scotland is £4.95 per order (unlimited products).
Sorry, but we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Eire or continental Europe.
For parts of Scotland (AB, KA27 & 28 ,KW, PA, PH & IV) and islands, an additional surcharge may apply so please contact us for a quotation.
An increasing number of domestic products are delivered free of charge to mainland England and Wales (e.g. All Out Play, Home Front, JumpKing, Maxplay - these are clearly marked 'Free Delivery' on our department and product pages).
Commercial Products We offer a wide range of commercial products from small components through to complete systems. These items can be sent directly to you and/or delivered by our installation team anywhere in Great Britain. As a result, each order is unique so please contact us for a delivery quotation.
Delivery Date
When your order arrives, please remember to either sign for it 'DAMAGED' ...or...take time to check it thoroughly and then sign.
Your signature is confirmation that all items have been received in good condition. Once you sign your courier agreement, neither the carrier nor Just Outdoor Toys can be held liable for damaged goods.
If you identify a damaged part, please reject the item and we will organise a replacement for you.
Couriers normally deliver to your front door between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
In our experience 90% of courier deliveries take place on the day requested, however, this is completely outside of our control and delays can happen. Couriers do not guarantee their delivery time or date. Parcels can be delayed because a driver runs out of hours/gets lost/breaks down/has an accident...so please do not order at the last minute for important events, it's better to wait and save yourself the extra stress!
We offer an Enhanced Delivery Service on some products; for an extra charge we can arrange a Saturday delivery or a morning delivery on weekdays. Please call us for a quotation
If you have an urgent or unusual requirement please contact us to discuss and we will try our very best to assist you.
Collections
You can save the delivery charge by collecting your order from our Display Centre but please contact us first so we can ensure everything is ready for you.
Also, please remember to bring a suitable vehicle/roof rack/straps (the unassembled dimesions and weights can be found on the product pages).
Returns
Damaged items
Upon receipt, please check all your items and if the goods have been damaged in transit, reject the delivery, then contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
Once the goods have been received by us, we reserve the right to either, exchange the part or the product or refund you.
Unsuitable items
If your order arrives in good condition but is not suitable, you have 14 days to return it to us, unused and securely packaged (Address for Product Returns).
This 'cooling off' period does not apply when the product is a bespoke item ('Factory Direct') which has been specially ordered for you, these one-off orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We strongly advise customers to read all assembly instructions since we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. Your legal rights are not affected.
