this tp Deluxe Fun Ride (tp646) is a heavy duty trolley kit including 20 metres (70') of galvanised braided steel cable, fixings, trolley, tensioner and instructions.
Please note that this product does not include the trees/climbing frame needed for mounting. The tp Deluxe Fun Ride is designed for light domestic use by a child, it is not suitable for commercial environments or adult use.

As a guide, the manufacturer suggests the following differences in height between the 2 cable supports:
23m (70') = 75cms
20m (60') = 60cms
17m (50') = 45cms
Instructions: The instructions provided by tp are clear, comprehensive and include your warranty code so please retain them. These also give some useful advise on set-up including a DIY platform design

Use common sense when installing (eg avoid pathways, ensure the uprights are capable of supporting the weight)
2m minimum recommended
Tools: You will need an 8mm & 10mm spanner/socket, pliers, hammer, screw driver – these are not provided with the tp 646 Deluxe Fun Ride
User weight:
The manufacturer recommends a maximum of 16 stone (102kgs)
We recommend 10 stone (60 kgs)
The reason is because heavier users stretch the cable, requiring more regular tightening.
This product is designed for light domestic use by a child.
It is not suitable for use by heavy children or by adults.

Warranty:
Just Outdoor Toys (JOT) Zip Wire: One of our prototype platforms using our Swing Frame Corners (x 4), Ground Anchors (x 2 pairs) and 100mm diameter x 3.6m roundwood poles. Platform made from Decking & the Slide is optional:
The poles for the landing have been cut to approx. 2.7m length, giving a frame height of approx. 2.3m.
Customers may find it useful to add a small, soft tyre (e.g. wheelbarrow) to help absorb the impact, as shown below:
