Budget Baby Seat (Commercial)

This commercial specification Baby Seat comes with a pair of steel chain sets and
is a high quality alternative to our premium model.
Part of the price difference is due to the fact that this seats arrives unassembled.

Please note: If you need to shorten the chains you can use bolt croppers or an
angle ginder but you will loose the Top Rings (see picture below) and will need to
replace them with D-Shackles (see related items at the very bottom of this page).

Age guide: 6m - 3 years

Assembly time: 1 adult x  30 minutes

Dimensions:
450mm (l) x 280mm (w) x 220mm (h); chain length 2300mm (for swing beam heights
of 3m or less).
When installed in a commercial environment this seat must not be mounted more
than 600mm above the ground.

Format: This product arrives dismantled (3 main sections plus bolts)

Materials used: Rubber with stainless steel inserts, galvanised steel safety chains
(5mm gaps in the links)

Assembly tips

The components included in this package;

Remove the two Allen head bolts from the red U-shaped tube.
Lay the black seat across the middle.

Ensure the red tube is located within the lugs under the seat;

Push the four long bolts up through the black seat so the thread is at the top.
Slide the four red tubes over the bolts so the flat surface is at the top;

Place the blue ring onto of the six tube uprights.
Ensure that they are pressed firmly into the circular recesses cut into the underside of
the blue ring;

Attach the four chain mounts using a socket to tighten the bolt head underneath;

Attach the Allen head bolts using a 5mm key;
