"The climbing frame is a great hit to say the least!
In fact as I speak we have a young lad using the slide – he is enjoying it so much, he
seems to have been up on the field with the care staff for ages!
Everyone is really impressed and the children and siblings alike have all been enjoying
using it.
It is far bigger than I had imagined which is fantastic and it allows for a lot of imaginative
play in addition to the slide, climbing wall and net etc.
Huge thanks go to everyone involved including Kelvin who did a grand job in the installation.

Little Havens Children's Hospice provides respite, symptom control and end-of-life care
for youngsters with a life limiting illness.
For three years we have supported their work indirectly through a friends fund raising
events but we wanted to go one stage further.

In Summer 2009 we offered to donate and install a commercially approved Maxplay
Expedition Solo plus accessories as part of a long term plan for their play area.
With generous support from Maxplay, Kelvin Davis and the residents of Sheffield Terrace
Gardens we were able to complete the project in September 2009.

While we have continued to donate to other charities, we plan to focus our efforts on
expanding the Little Havens play area by adding another Tower and connecting Bridge
next year.
