Domestic Delivery Charges
Our standard charges for domestic products shipping to mainland England, lowland Scotland and Wales is £4.99 per order or FREE for orders over £150.
For delivery to an Island or the Highlands of Scotland, an additional delivery surcharge will apply, so please contact us for a quotation.
For many Island communities (e.g. Channel Islands, Shetland, Orkney & IOM) we recommend that you contact specialist agents for competitive rates (e.g Ship To Me & PDFS).
Sorry, but we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Eire or continental Europe.

Domestic Delivery Speed
For tp Toys, JumpKing and our own Just Outdoor Toys (JOT) items we aim to deliver in 1 – 3 working days of processing your order.
Orders for All Out Play and Home Front can take between 2 and 4 weeks (depending on the time of year) from processing your order.
If you have an urgent or unusual requirement please contact us to discuss and we will try our very best to assist you.
Commercial Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges for commercial systems depend on location, volume and installation services, so please contact us for a quotation.
As a guide, delivery charges will be in the region of £100 plus VAT.
Commercial Delivery Speed
The speed at which your commercial order will be delivered is dependent on the product, your delivery location and whether we are installing the products for you but it is normally 3 – 4 weeks for large items. Please contact us for individual advice.
When your order arrives
When your order arrives, please take time to check it thoroughly before you sign (your signature is proof of delivery in good condition).
It is especially important that slides are taken out the bag and inspected.
If you are under pressure, sign for it ‘DAMAGED’ or ‘UNCHECKED’ just in case. We would ask that you to notify us of any damage or breakages ideally by the end of that day but it must be within 24 hours in order for us to make a claim on your behalf.
If you identify significant damage, please reject the item, call us and we will organise a replacement for you.
Once you sign any courier agreement, neither the courier nor Just Outdoor Toys can be held liable for damaged goods.
Couriers normally deliver to your front door between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. In our experience 95% of courier deliveries take place on the day requested, however, this is completely outside of our control and delays can happen. Couriers do not guarantee their delivery time or date. Parcels can be delayed because a driver runs out of hours/gets lost/breaks down/has an accident…so please do not order at the last minute for important events, it’s better to wait and save yourself the extra stress!
Some of our couriers will offer a text message prior to delivery for smaller items (less than 1.6m long), please ensure you provide us with your mobile number if you would like the option of a text notification.
Collect your order from our Thames Valley Display Centre
You can save the delivery charge by collecting your order from our Display Centre but please contact us first so we can ensure everything is ready for you.
Also, please remember to bring a suitable vehicle/roof rack/straps (the unassembled dimesions and weights can be found on the product pages).
Upon receipt, please check all your items and if the goods have been damaged in transit, reject the delivery, then contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
All damages MUST be logged with our sales office within 24 hours of receipt in order for us to make a claim with the courier on your behalf.
Once the goods have been received by us, we reserve the right to either, exchange the part or the product or refund you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order for stock items at any time before your order has been dispatched either by phone or email [email protected] and you will receive a full refund. It is usually not possible to cancel special order items, but sometimes we can, so please call us and we will try to accommodate you.
If you have already received your order but have changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase you may return your order within 7 working days. Please call or email to advise us and ensure there is a covering note with your full contact details and order reference. You can return purchases either by post, courier or drop them off at our Thames Valley display centre. When the item(s) have been checked by our warehouse we will refund the cost of the item(s).
In the instance where your return is due to our error, we will also pay the cost of returning the item to us and we will include this in your refund or by separate payment.
For your convenience we can arrange for a courier to collected unwanted or large bulky items from you, however you will be responsible for the cost which will be deducted from your refund. Please call us for details if you are unsure.
We strongly advise customers to read all assembly instructions since we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. Your legal rights are not affected.
