“I wanted to send this email sooner but have had a couple of really busy weekends since our communications.
I just wanted to say thank you for all your help in getting another swing to us.
Customer Service is easy when everything goes to plan but good customer service when things go wrong is a rarity and I just wanted to let you know that myself and my family really appreciated you going the extra mile and sorting out the problems that we had.
The boys are really enjoying their new swing (N:B ignore the fact that landscaping still needs to be completed and that my eldest is wearing his dressing gown (he was eager to try it out))”
